One Click Paste is provided free of charge. No hidden fees, no subscriptions, no premium tiers.
Service provided "as is" without warranties. We strive for reliability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
Don't use One Click Paste for illegal activities, spam, malware distribution, or abuse of the service.
You are responsible for the content you share and for keeping your room codes and PINs secure.
By accessing and using One Click Paste ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using One Click Paste, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
One Click Paste is a real-time clipboard sharing service that allows you to share text, links, and files across multiple devices using temporary room codes. The Service is provided free of charge and requires no account registration.
All rooms and shared content are temporary. Rooms expire after a period of inactivity (typically 24 hours), and all content is permanently deleted upon expiration. We do not provide long-term storage or backup services.
While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee that One Click Paste will be available at all times. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
You may use One Click Paste for lawful purposes to share clipboard content between your own devices or with others who have access to your room code.
You agree NOT to use One Click Paste to: (a) share illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content; (b) distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code; (c) violate any laws or regulations; (d) infringe on intellectual property rights; (e) spam or abuse the Service; (f) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' rooms; (g) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
We reserve the right to investigate violations of these Terms and take appropriate action, including terminating access to the Service, removing content, and reporting illegal activities to law enforcement.
You retain all rights to the content you share through One Click Paste. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, temporary license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you share through One Click Paste. We do not monitor, review, or control user content and are not responsible for any content shared through the Service.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws, although we are under no obligation to monitor or review content.
You are responsible for keeping your room codes and PINs confidential. Anyone with access to your room code can view and modify the shared content. We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from shared or compromised room codes.
Your use of One Click Paste is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.
All content is automatically deleted when rooms expire. We do not maintain backups of your content. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
While we implement security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute privacy or security. You should not share highly sensitive or confidential information through One Click Paste unless you use PIN protection and understand the risks.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which is $0 for a free service).
We are not responsible for any loss of data or content. You should maintain your own backups of important information and not rely on One Click Paste as a storage solution.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless One Click Paste, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party; or (d) content you share through the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Simply close your browser or leave your room to disconnect from the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any content in active rooms may be deleted. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
One Click Paste, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our permission.
One Click Paste and associated logos are our trademarks. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
Certain components of One Click Paste may be open source and subject to separate license terms. Such components are identified in our documentation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email.
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
